$350- Image size is approximately 12”x16” matted to fit a 16”x20” frame or can be double matted to fit into an 18”x22” frame. For larger sizes, ask for quote. |

| Prices include:
Consultation and photo shoot within 25 miles. Mileage will be added for distances beyond. For building no longer in existence, I will need you to provide good, clear reference photos. These can be copies mailed, or sent on disk. |

| The original, signed watercolor painting, matted in cream mat. 1 set of notecards of the painting. Additional notecards and prints may be ordered. | |
| Framing is optional and varies in cost. |

| 50% is due at the consultation and 50% at the completion of work. | |
